If your order arrives with damaged or missing parts, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We handle these situations on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to find a satisfactory solution for you.

Can I change my shipping address?

We do not offer product exchanges due to the nature of our items. Once assembly has begun, the product is ineligible for a refund. Discounted and after-service items are also non-returnable.
